Due to the instant and non-returnable nature of digital products — including ebooks, guides, downloads, and digital magazine issues — all sales of digital content are final. We do not offer refunds for these items once delivered or downloaded.

Print Products & Apparel
UrbanAlex products printed on demand (e.g., clothing or magazines) are custom made. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
- Claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 7 days of receipt.
- Include a photo of the damaged product and your order number in your request.
- Email us at support@urbanalex.com with your concern.
Incorrect or Missing Orders
If your order arrives incomplete or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure you receive what you ordered.
Subscription Services
Subscription-based services (such as Tribe Magazine email editions or digital libraries) are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time, but refunds are not issued for billing periods that have already begun. Access continues through the end of the billing cycle.
