Orders & Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! UrbanAlex ships globally. Shipping times and fees vary depending on your location and the item. Most apparel and print products are made to order and ship within 5–10 business days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. If you didn’t receive it, check your spam folder or email us at support@urbanalex.com.
What if something arrives damaged or incorrect?
No problem. Send us a photo of the issue and your order number within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace or refund any damaged or incorrect items promptly.
Digital Products
How do I access my digital downloads?
After purchase, you’ll receive a download link by email. You can also access your files from your account dashboard if you created one during checkout.
Can I share my digital guide or Wisdom Library book?
Each purchase is licensed for personal use only. We kindly ask that you do not share files — instead, spread the word and send your friends to urbanalex.com to grab their own copies.
Tribe Magazine
How often is Tribe Magazine published?
New feature articles are published online weekly. Full digital editions of the magazine are released quarterly and available in our store and select platforms like Apple Books and Kindle.
Is Tribe available in print?
Print editions of Tribe are coming soon! Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when they drop.
Wisdom Library
Are these public domain books?
Yes — the books in our Wisdom Library are sourced from the public domain, but every UrbanAlex edition is thoughtfully redesigned, reformatted, and curated into focused learning collections.
Apparel & Merch
How does sizing work?
We use standard unisex sizing unless otherwise noted. Size charts are included on each product page. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us before you order.
Do you accept returns?
Since our clothing is made to order, we only accept returns for damaged or misprinted items. Check our Refund Policy for full details.
