Jay Min – Creative & Design Lead

Jay’s eye defines the look of UrbanAlex — from digital illustrations to book covers to the color palette you didn’t know you needed. Based in Seoul, fluent in minimalism.

Devin Clarke – Web & Tech Ops

Full-stack and full-speed, Devin keeps the engine running. He’s responsible for the store’s infrastructure, email automation, integrations, and making the entire Tribe platform scale like a dream.
